Pré des Fonts is a residence located in Monetier les Bains, close to the village exit (Lautaret pass side).

Ski bus service can be use to join ski runs. Stop is only at 180 meters. Center and shops are also close to the building.

Building is made of 1 floor (no lift). All apartments cross the residence. Entrance is located north side and south side you can find a balcony. Ground level even have access to a nice garden.

Note that the original thermal water source is located at only 50 meters walking from the residence. Grands Bains are at 600 meters.

Slopes

Ski runs and ski school meeting point at 900 meters. Skibus stop at only 180 meters walking.

Shops

1st shops facing the residence, you only have to cross a parking and the street.

Several places are located at the residence bottom. Some apartments have garages (read descriptive sheet to know more). You can also find public P7 and P8 parking close to the residence.
