Eychauda is a residence located in Serre Chevalier 1400 french ski resort (Villeneuve).
Seated between resort center (Pre-Long) and ski runs, it is made of 4 floors (with lift).
South oriented apartments are the best. They overlook a nice garden. Upper floors even have a beautiful view on ski area.
North and East orientation gives onto road and a busy roundabout.
This residence is nice excepted the following points: lake of soundproofing, hall and frontage faded, small lift and no ski locker.
Large parking for resident at the building bottom.
250 meters walking to join Frejus gondola departure, Casse du Boeuf chairlift or ski school meeting point
150 meters walking to join Pre-Long shops
Tourism office, cinema and activities at 150 meters walking (Pre-Long area)
Large parking located at the residence bottom
