Sepia residence is located in Avoriaz lower part.

This residence is managed by Pierre & Vacances group. Note that few apartments are now owned by private and managed by local real estates agencies. Read carefully rental descriptive sheet to see if P&V group is written or not.

Building is equiped of lifts and ski lockers. Most of the apartments are south oriented with a great view onto ski runs and Vuarnet square.

North face is dedicated to external passageway. Apartment standing is usually good and location is perfect for ski lovers. The only bad point could be resort center and shops...

Slopes

Great location for ski, directly on the slopes and close to main ski lifts : Tour, Stade and Lac Intrets detachable chairlifts, Plateau chailift.

Ski schools meeting points and ski kindergarten can be joined by ski in 10 minutes using Plateau or Tour ski lifts.

If your children do not ski, it will take lot of time by walking (public lift then 900 meters).

Shops

First shops can be found in Dromonts district uphill (access using public lift located in Hauts Forts residence).

For more choice (minimarke, ...) you have to join resort center (Festival district). It is about 10 to 15 minutes walking (500 meters).

Downtown

Resort activities in Festival district (tourism office, ice rink...) at 500 meters using Hauts Forts public lift.

Aquariaz (aquatic center) at 620 meters following Ardoisieres path.

Parking

Charged parking compulsory in Avoriaz:

- at resort entrance (covered or external parking)
- at les Prodains (close to Morzine, then access to Avoriaz by cable car).

From this 2 points, you will join your residence with shuttle service (charged) or sledge cab (charged) or by walking (returnable luggage trolley).
