Residence directly on the slopes. You put on your ski at the building gates and let you ski down to Tour, Lac-Intrets, Stade or Plateau chairlifts.

Ski schools meeting points and ski kindergarten in 5 minutes using Tour or Plateau chairlift.

Children village in front of the residence (100 meters walking).

Shops

Shops at the residence bottom.

Downtown

Downtown location. Residence is in Festival district: young, festal and noisy (not recommanded for families).

Aquariaz aquatic center at 400 meters.

Parking

Charged parking compulsory in Avoriaz:

- at resort entrance (covered or external parking)
- at les Prodains (close to Morzine, then access to Avoriaz by cable car).

From this 2 points, you will join your residence with shuttle service (charged) or sledge cab (charged) or by walking (returnable luggage trolley).

Parfait pour deux personnes
cependant nous avons eu une ampoule qui a explosé dans la salle de bain pendant que ma fille prenait son bain. elle a été blessé légèrement par des éclats d'ampoule j'en ai averti le service technique qui est intervenu le lendemain très bien cependant j'ai adressé une réclamation à l'agence de location dont la direction n'est pas venu vers moi suite à cet incident qui aurait pu être grave
