Located in les Menuires heart (french ski resort, la Croisette district), Oisans residence is made of 6 floors (with lift).

Its downtown location is a real asset:

- Croisette main shopping arcade can be joined directly with the residence lift

- ski departure at the residence gates. Ski schools meeting point in front of the building, ski kindergarten at only 270 meters

- resort activities (events, sports center...) close to the building

Lower floors can get some noise thanks to the central location (Croisette mall proximity, bar terrace).

Accommodations present most of the time good standing and have a beautiful view.

South and East side are the best (view onto ski area departure square).

West side gives onto mountains (la Masse) with access road at the bottom.

Lower floors (West south and North sides only) may have a blocked view by another buildings

Très bonne location, très bien située : L'appartement est au premier étage de la galerie marchande : Accès aux commerces immédiat + au pieds des pistes ! Le village Piou-piou est lui un peu plus loin car un peu à l'écart dans la station (Uniquement accessible à pieds à cette saison). Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien décoré : Très agréable pour 2 familles avec 2 jeunes enfants chacune. A noter cependant qu'un des lits superposé eu hauteur n'est pas utilisable car sans barrière. Mais possibilité de mettre un lit parapluie dans une des chambres double. Le service offert par l'agence des Alpes est correcte mais parfois excessif en prix et juste assez aimable. Excellent séjour dans l'ensemble !!!

Location avec un grand confort, seul petit souci, l'isolation sonore qui est pas complète..
