Directly on the slopes, this residence (which has 6 floors) also has an easy access to Bruyeres activities (swimming pool, sledge track...) thanks to a public footbridge which starts into the building.

Residence is built along the slope and entrance is located at the upper part (floor 4). Some floors are then negative. Building has a lift.

South West apartments are the best (view onto ski area and mountains). South accommodation have view onto the footbridge.

Accommodation standing is various. It dépends on updates the owner may have done. Some apartment have a balcony and some of them are covered and closed.

Residence offers a free wifi access but service efficiency dépends on your location in the residence.

The only lake we can notice is the bad noise insulation of the apatments. The public footbridge which starts directly into the building may cause some noise.

Location idéalement située, la proximité avec les pistes est un des gros atouts du studio. Le studio propose une terrasse parfaitement exposée avec une vue sur les pistes et la montagne.
