Sarvan is a large residence located in les Menuires french ski resort (3 valleys).

Located in Preyerand lower district, it is directly on the slopes and at only 130 meters walking from a free pedestrian cable car which join la Croisette (resort center).

A large external parking can be found at the residence bottom (north side).

Building is divided in 3 parts stucked. They have 5 or 6 floors and all have lifts.

South and west apartments have a great view onto ski runs and la Masse mountain. North and East accommodation give onto parking.

Slopes

Residence directly on the slopes. Easy access to la Masse slope. Croisette access with Tortollet chairlift.

Ski school meeting point:
- by skiing with blue ski run and Tortollet chairlift
- by walking (300 meters + Preyerand cable car)

Ski kindergarten with Preyerand cable car and 600 meters walking

First needs at 150 meters.

More shops can be found downtown at la Croisette (easy access with Preyerand pedestrian gondola - opened from 8am to 11pm - departure station at 130 meters walking).
