Located downtown, it has a direct access to shops and activities.

Residence is built below a green ski run. Thanks to a smart footbridge system which starts on floor 5, you can directly join ski area from the building.

Note there is a lift in the residence.

Accommodation standing are various. They depend on updates owners may have done. South accommodation have a great view onto Tougnete slopes. North apartments give onto other buildings.

Tres bien situé, immeuble très bien.
Appartement un peu vieillot et hygiène cuisine et SDB pas terrible.
Un peu bruyant la nuit et mal insonorisé.
