Its central location is a real asset: everything is close to the building (ski runs, shops, activities).
Residence is built along the slope and has a lift. Main entrance is located at the upper part. You will find many accommodation and standing are various (they depend on, the updates owners may have done).
Whatever is the apartment orientation, view is blocked by trees and slope.
Residence is known as quiet, excepted the upper floors (there are restaurant terrace on the roof of the buidling and it may cause some noise).
150 meters walking to join ski runs.
Ski schools meeting points at 280 meters. Ski kindergarten at 150 meters.
All shops of Charvet can be found close to residence.
Residence located in Charvet district center. All activities close to the building.
Charged parking compulsory.
You will find a covered parking at 200 meters walking from the residence. You can also use external parking (resort lower part - they are less expensive).
No ski locker in the residence. Most of the accommodation have a ski box on the balcony or in the apartment entrance. Check rental descriptive sheet to be sure.
