The Sefcotel is one of the first buildings built in Val Claret between 1968 and 1970, in the innovative project of the property developer Pierre Schnebelen, which advocated the concept of " integrated resort".

The tourists had to find whatever is necessary for them, such as shops, restaurants, bars, ski lifts

Slopes

The Sefcotel is on the snow front,in the upper level of the station. You will find there the ski lifts, the ESF meeting point and the snow kindergarten a little bit further (70m).

You also have the possibility to ski from the snow front to the « rond point des pistes » on a green slope to reach the Grande Motte cable railway and the chairlifts of Bollin and Lanches.

Shops

The Sefcotel has itsown shopping mall inside the building: hairdresser, restaurants, bars, sports shop...

There is a night-club in the underground of the residence, which can create noise pollution, but ideal for the partiers.

Downtown

The Sefcotel is in the very heart of Val Claret, you can't be more central!

Parking is compulsory and paying in Tignes.
You will have to book a parking place on http://www.tignes.net/sejour/reservation/parking-voiture.

Le logement se situe en plein cœur de Tignes Val Claret. La tranquillité n’était pas vraiment de mise car nous entendions les basses des musiques du bar en dessous. Nous avons attribué la note de 7 car cela ne durait pas toute la nuit et que nous étions tout de même dans le centre de Val Claret. La situation était aussi agréable, le cadre est jolie et l’ambiance est à la fois tranquille et festive. (Pas de soucis de voisinage ou même de problèmes dans la rue).
En revanche le logement n’était PAS propre. Nous avons du refaire les poussières et l’aspirateur. 6/10 pour la situation car logement très mal indiqué pour se trouver dans le bâtiment.
