The Ecrin des Neiges is a beautiful residence made of wood and stone in a traditional mountain style.

Built in 2000, it is a 4-storeyed building, served by an elevator.
It has its own private underground parking lot.

If most of the apartments are managed by Pierre & Vacances, some have been sold to private owners and are now managed by local real estate agencies. They are often less expensive to rent but they do not have the same services (swimming pool...). Read carefully the descriptive sheet before booking.

Slopes

The residence Ecrin des Neiges is located at the very beginning of the Grande Motte avenue.

The shuttle bus stop is at the foot of the residence and the free shuttle bus will take you to the Grande Motte cable railwway in less than 5 minutes.

You can so take the public elevator which is very close to the residence and allows to reach the upper level of the station where you will find the snow front, the ski school meeting point and the snow kindergarten.

Shops

The firsts shops are at 300 m, along the Grande Motte avenue.

You also have the possibility to join the shops on the upper level of the station by using the Platières public elevator.

Downtown

Val Claret’s center is reachable in a few minutes walking thanks to the Platieres elevator, but you can also take the free shuttle bus connecting the various neighbourhoods of Tignes,.
