The residence Au Coeur des Ours *** is situated in Belle Etoile area, on the Place de l'Alpe de Mont de Lans, just a step from the center, close to the stores, ski school meeting point and ski lifts.

It consists in 29 new and comfortable apartments, distributed in two 3 and 4-storeyed chalets with elevators.

All the luxury apartments have a balcony, an Italian-style shower, and a sofa bed 2 places.

The residence is 100 m away from the Vallée Blanche chairlift, and 100 m from the green track that goes to the Petite Aiguille chairlift.

There are numerous stores in the Belle Etoile area.

The residence is at the edge of the Alpe de Mont de Lans Place where you will find the tourist office, the ski school office, and a ski lifts cash register.

In front of the residence you will find a sports shop, a butchery, and many restaurants.

Downtown

The resort's center the Place des 2 Alpes, is 500 m away, reachable walking or with the free shuttle bus which stops in front of the residence.

You will find there the swimming pool, the ice rink, the leisure's center, and the Jandri Express cable railway which leads to the glacier.
