Valmorel la Belle is a lovely village/ski resort located in Tarentaise.

It is the first ski-resort of the Valley, 14km from the highway exit. Very appreciated by families, Valmorel is ski-in, ski-out for 95% of the residences and obtained the Family Plus label.
You will love this village built in respect of natural stone, wood and slate roofs. Small squares, pedestrian streets, walkways complete the station.

In Valmorel, you have to pay for parking: 130 places in covered parking and 1200 places in uncovered parking.
If you don't want to pay, try to park in Crey (1.5km far from Valmorel). A free shuttle, the Valmobus, will then drive you to the ski resort.

Valmorel ski area is nice, diversified, for all. It groups Valmorel, Doucy Combelouvière and Celliers.
For good skiers, they will enjoy the off slopes area and the Valmocross on which everyone can have fun.
The ski area is linked to Saint François Longchamp to create the Grand Domaine.
