Plein Soleil is a large residence located downtown in Meribel Mottaret.

The building is made of 9 floors. It has lifts, ski lockers and balconies. It takes benefit from one of the best location in Mottaret: ski area departure square and shops are very close to the building.

Upper apartments are the best. They have an amazing view on valley (north side) or ski area / Mont Vallon (south side).

Dammaged in 2004 by a fire, the residence has been completly updated at this period. Standing is the good.

Main resort shopping arcade (Ruitor) is at 200 meters from the residence. Access using stairs (10 meters of change in altitude).

Downtown

Resort center at 150 meters (access with stairs - 10 meters of change in altitude).

Parking

Free external parking along Laitelet district roads. You sometimes have to wait to find availabilities during high season weeks.

Très bien située. Appartement très fonctionnel. Très clair .
Manque quand même dans l'appartement un moulin à légume ou presse purée. Et essoreuse à salade.

Dirty and torn pillow cases duvet covers and sheets, hard pillows. No normal beds, only sofas. Small and faded towels.
