Made in 1971 and updated at the beginning of the 2000s, Andante residence is located in Avoriaz french ski resort.
It is part of "Ruches" district (the name comes from the architectural style, building look like hives).
Building has 7 floors and has a lift. It offers 70 apartments (most of the time small studios). Standing is basic.
Location is great: you are directly on the slopes and seated between Festival / Dromonts squares.
Caution, as other residences of Ruches district, Andante is known as a noisy place (many party-makers stand in the area). Not recommanded if you are looking for calm.

Ski schools and ski kindergarten access in 10 minutes skiing with Tour detachable chairlift or Plateau chairlift.
Only 130 meters walking to join Dromonts square where stand first needs shops.
For more choice (supermarket), you can join resort center (Festival) at 150 meters.

Charged parking compulsory in Avoriaz:
- at resort entrance (covered or external parking)
- at les Prodains (close to Morzine, then access to Avoriaz by cable car).
From this 2 points, you will join your residence with shuttle service (charged) or sledge cab (charged) or by walking (returnable luggage trolley).
