Cotes d'Or residence is divided in 3 large chalets located in the upper part of les Menuires.

They are called Bossons, Argentiere and Courmayeur (object of this sheet).

Courmayeur chalet has a direct access to ski runs and a calm location. South West apartments have a great view onto ski area.

Chalet contains about 15 accommodation (from 2 up to 5 rooms). Standing is usualy good and some apartments even have been recently updated.

Parking is easy (there is a large parking close to the building).

The only bad point is the isolation of the residence. To join first shops, you will have to walk about 15 minutes downhill.

Note that residence is built along the slope. Ground level (entrance) is equivalent to floor 2 (balcony side). There is no lift.

Superbe appartement, localisation très bien, propreté, accueil et service de l'agence des Alpes très bons. Nous sommes super contents de notre séjour et d'avoir pu bénéfinier de départ 18-25. Nous recommandons le lieu et la plateforme.

Très bien situé pour des personnes qui viennent pour le ski et non pour l'APRES ski, parfait pour nous.
Coquet, bien entretenu, literie propre. cuisine bien équipée.
Salles d'eau standing très moyen, seul petit bémol.
En résumé très satisfaisant.
