"Mirantins" is the name of a residence made of 3 buildings and located in Arc 1800 french ski resort.

At the border between Villards and Charmettoger district, the residence is built along the slope and each part has a lift.

The upper building is number 1, lower number 3.

Location is great, close to ski runs and quiet. Some stairs join Villards center and activities.

Residence has been made in 1985. Accommodation standing depends on the updates owners may have done.

Note, there is a housekeeper.

Slopes

Residence almost on the slopes with only 40 meters walking to join ski runs and Transarc gondola.

Ski school meeting point at 300 meters.
ESI ski kindergarten uphill (150 meters walking, 10 meters of change in altitude).
ESF ski kindergarten far (Charvet district, 550 meters).

Shops

Villards shops can be found downhill with several stairs (150 meters walking, 20 meters of change in altitude).

Downtown

Villards district access by walking (200 meters with 20 meters of change in altitude and stairs).

"Mille 8" aquatic center at only 200 meters (if you walk across the ski run).

Parking

Charged parking is compulsory in Arc 1800.

You will find a covered park called "Villards" at only 150 meters from the residence. You can also use external parkings located in the resort lower parts (less expensive).

Ski lockers

No ski room. Most of the appartement have a box built onto the balcony or in the accommodation entrance.
