Cotes d'Or residence is divided in 3 large chalets located in the upper part of les Menuires.

They are called Bossons, Argentiere (object of this sheet) and Courmayeur .

Argentière chalet has a direct access to ski runs and a calm location. South West apartments have a great view onto ski area.

Chalet contains about 15 accommodation (from 2 up to 5 rooms). Standing is usualy good and some apartments even have been recently updated.

Parking is easy (there is a large parking close to the building).

The only bad point is the isolation of the residence. To join first shops, you will have to walk about 15 minutes downhill.

Note that residence is built along the slope. Ground level (entrance) is equivalent to floor 2 (balcony side). There is no lift.
